Privacy Policy

Purpose and scope

Tennis Automated Pro is a private, invitation-only coaching application. It provides approved match briefs, direct analyst answers, coach-note storage, and notifications to authorized coaches. This policy applies to that application and its supporting services.

Information we process

• Account information: the stable Sign in with Apple account identifier. When Apple supplies an approved coach email during first enrollment, it is used to establish that identifier and is not retained in coach state.
• Device-security information: an App Attest key identifier, assertion counters, session records, and an Apple Push Notification service token used to bind and notify the approved iPhone.
• Coach content: questions, match observations, notes, and the answers returned through the application.
• Operational records: timestamps, delivery status, request status, and limited service logs needed to secure and operate the application.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate authorized coaches, enforce one approved iPhone per coach, deliver player-scoped briefs and answers, preserve attributed coach observations, improve future player preparation, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.

Service providers and tennis context

Apple processes Sign in with Apple, App Attest, and push notifications. Render hosts the private application backend. OpenAI processes limited match context and a coach's question to generate a structured analyst answer. ATP TennisIQ pages may be consulted on demand from an authorized local session; raw TennisIQ page text is used transiently and is not saved in the app, dossiers, or hosted artifacts.

These providers process information for the functions described above. Tennis Automated does not permit them to use coach information for advertising on our behalf.

No tracking, advertising, or sale

Tennis Automated Pro does not track coaches across other companies' apps or websites, does not display advertising, and does not sell personal information.

Retention and control

Account, device-binding, conversation, and coach-note records are retained while needed to provide the private coaching service. We may retain limited records only when reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance. An authorized coach can permanently delete the coach account from the account menu in the app. The authenticated deletion immediately removes the hosted identity binding, sessions, notification token and history, conversations, and coach notes. Any copied coach-note or note-derived learning in the private laptop knowledge store is queued for removal the next time that bridge connects.

Account deletion does not delete shared match briefs because those documents are not created by or owned by the coach. If automatic Sign in with Apple revocation is unavailable, the app confirms that the coach data was deleted and explains how to revoke the remaining Apple authorization in iPhone Settings.

Security and children

Access requires an approved Apple identity, a hardware-backed App Attest key, and a private session. The service is designed for professional coaches and is not directed to children.
